A New Chapter for MillionVerifier with Southern Vector

Today marks the start of a new chapter for MillionVerifier. After years under GBD Software as a Service Ltd, MillionVerifier is now operated by Southern Vector Limited, a company based in New Zealand.

This change is part of an internal restructuring. The ultimate ownership of MillionVerifier remains unchanged, and I continue to lead the company as its founder and CEO. I know that trust is everything when it comes to your data and your business, so I want to be clear about what this means for you: the same leadership, the same team, and the same commitment to accuracy and affordability. Your service continues exactly as before.

Bringing MillionVerifier under Southern Vector gives us a stronger foundation to invest even more in the tools you rely on every day.

What's ahead

In the coming months, you can look forward to a refreshed MillionVerifier app and webinars. We’re also preparing something special before the end of the year, and I look forward to sharing it with you soon.

What stays the same

Your account, credits, API keys, integrations and prices all remain exactly as they are, and our 100% Money Back Guarantee continues as always.

What’s changing

Invoices and taxes. From today, invoices are issued by Southern Vector Limited and show its company details. Customers in Europe will no longer be charged VAT, and customers in New Zealand will be charged GST in line with local tax requirements.

Payment methods. PayPal is no longer available. If you’ve been paying with PayPal, please select another payment method for your next purchase.

Policies. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement now name Southern Vector Limited as the service provider. Protecting your data remains one of our highest priorities, and our commitment to privacy and security is unchanged.
